SamaBeat · For every wrist

One wearable. Three monitoring tiers. From a 79-year-old living alone to a 200-bed hospital to a national health authority.

SamaBeat carries the same medical-grade ECG, non-invasive hemoglobin, HRV, and fall-detection stack across three audiences: patients, clinicians, and institutions. The hardware does not change — only the dashboard, the billing model, and the workflows around it.

01 · Patients

Direct-to-consumer & personal care

Continuous monitoring for people who live with their condition every day. Designed for those who would never wear a clinical-looking strap on their wrist — and for the families who worry when they hear silence on the other end of the phone.

Elderly & palliative care

For high-risk patients living independently.

Continuous background tracking, on-device fall detection, and autonomous emergency escalation protect users who may be unable to alert anyone themselves. 2G built in — no Wi-Fi required.

Fall detectionAutonomous SOSSleep PPG

Blood donors

For regular donors tracking their recovery.

Non-invasive hemoglobin (Hb) monitoring helps donors rebuild iron levels between sessions, with personalised baselines and weekly trend reports. Reduces the guesswork between blood-drive eligibility windows.

High-risk individuals

For people with known cardiac conditions.

Direct subscription for individuals with AFib, heart failure, post-MI status, or hereditary cardiac risk. 6.5-day advance warning of heart failure decompensation, 30-minute AFib onset prediction, automated alerts to two emergency contacts.

02 · Professionals

Clinical & field providers

For clinicians who want longitudinal evidence instead of a single in-clinic snapshot, and for sponsors running studies where participants would rather not commute to a trial site for every reading.

Primary care physicians & clinics

Extend monitoring beyond the 30-minute visit.

Clinic Kits capture invisible overnight paroxysmal AFib and underdiagnosed anaemia without an immediate blood draw. PCPs see a longitudinal vitals timeline pre-appointment instead of a single snapshot.

Clinical researchers & trial sponsors

Medical-grade evidence for decentralized trials.

Supplies pharmaceutical sponsors and CROs with longitudinal single-lead ECG, hemoglobin, and HRV — the data normally only available inside a trial site. Reduces participant travel burden, accelerates enrollment for cardiovascular and metabolic studies.

03 · Institutions

Healthcare systems, B2B & B2G

For health systems, government health programs, and large-scale screening operators who need 24/7 ward-level visibility, predictive decompensation alerts, and a 2G path into low-resource regions.

Hospitals & emergency rooms

Triage faster, prevent the 30-day readmit.

Critical across the whole patient journey: ER risk-stratification on arrival, ward-level decompensation alerts, and post-discharge transitional care that catches complications before they become a costly readmit. CMS readmission penalties dropped meaningfully in our retrospective cohort.

ER triageTransitional care30-day readmit

Nursing homes & elderly care

24/7 ward monitoring without extra staffing.

Pairs SamaBeat with the Institutional Dashboard for centralized monitoring across whole wards. Early warnings for SpO₂ drops, fluid retention, and heart-failure decompensation surface before night staff would otherwise notice.

Diagnostic institutions & blood banks

Large-scale, non-invasive screening.

Anaemia screening across donor and outpatient populations without phlebotomy. Blood banks rapidly screen donor populations to protect supply; diagnostic centers track hydration-corrected Hb trends for dialysis cohorts and chronic-disease follow-ups.

Health insurers & public health

Cost avoidance + equitable access.

Payers preempt catastrophic ER visits with predictive decompensation warnings, driving multi-thousand-dollar avoidance per high-risk member per year. 2G lets public-health authorities deploy cardiac and anaemia screening into rural and low-resource regions without a Wi-Fi prerequisite.

FAQ

Common questions, short answers.

What conditions does SamaBeat watch for?

Atrial fibrillation, tachycardia, bradycardia, sleep apnea, HRV disorders, anaemia (non-invasive), heart failure decompensation (up to 6.5 days early), cuffless blood pressure trend, and a growing list across the cardio-metabolic spectrum. See the full list on the conditions page.

Does the wearer need a smartphone?

No. SamaBeat has 2G built in, so emergency alerts and cloud sync work without Wi-Fi or a paired device. That is the deployment unlock for elderly users, rural patients, and donor-screening fleets.

Is the data clinical-grade?

Yes — Hb correlation r = 0.91 vs venous CBC, HR within ±1 bpm, SpO₂ within ±2%. See the science page for the full validation table.

How do clinicians and ward staff see the data?

Clinicians use the cohort dashboard at /demo/pro to triage by risk band, see open alerts per patient, and drill into an iOS-style detail view. EHR / FHIR export is on the Clinical and Hospital plans.

Can I trial it before a full institutional rollout?

Yes. The Clinic Kit ships in fleets of 25 and 100. We typically pilot on a single ward or a single physician's panel before scale. Contact us to scope a pilot.

What about reimbursement?

SamaBeat aligns with US Remote Patient Monitoring CPT codes (99453, 99454, 99457, 99458) and qualifies for transitional-care management billing. We provide the workflow paperwork on the Clinical and Hospital plans.
