SamaWritten provides a wellness and personal-safety wearable device and companion software that collects wellness data including heart rate, activity, sleep, and step count, and displays wearer-entered medical ID information. The Service includes:

The health data and alerts provided by SamaWritten are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by SamaWritten. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Joining the SamaWritten waitlist does not constitute a purchase or binding commitment. Pre-order pricing and availability are subject to change. We will notify waitlist members of any material changes to pricing or expected availability.
Certain features of SamaWritten require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SamaWritten shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
SamaWritten does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the device or software. Check-in notifications are not an emergency service, are not monitored, and are not guaranteed to function in all circumstances. SamaWritten provides no warranty of any medical benefit.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, providing notice through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
