Dispatch estimates are communicated per production batch at the time of order and in follow-up emails.
Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Carrier tracking details are provided for every shipment once dispatched.
Returns
You may return an unused device in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the returned device.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the device is defective.
Warranty
SamaWritten hardware carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.
